To make a booking, click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button at the top of the page if you are on a computer or from the top drop down menu if you are viewing the site on a mobile. You will then be directed to our secure booking page to book your stay.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requests for alterations of your Booking, subject to availability of the house. Cancellations after 48 hours from the time of booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total stay. If cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

We welcome well-behaved dogs but please let us know before booking if you would like to bring yours. Dogs are allowed on the ground floor and outside only, although please supervise them to avoid damage and do clean up after your dogs to ensure it is a happy stay for all our future guests. Any damage to furniture or decor will be chargeable.

The Manor can sleep a maximum of 16 people in our eight bedrooms. 

Please let us know if you intend to invite anyone to visit you at the house during your stay. Visitors not included in the original booking may not remain on site beyond 9.30pm. No extra guests above and beyond the original number of guests in your original booking may stay overnight at the property during any part of your stay.

We will expect you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm on the first day of your stay. If you are running late for any reason, do please call Emma, our house manager as soon as possible. Emma or one of her team will be waiting to welcome you in person, give you house keys, show you around the house and give you instructions on how everything works. 

The departure time on your last day is 10am at the latest. It allows the cleaning staff adequate time to prepare for our next arrival.
